Health Ministry focuses on the work of bringing "health and healing into the parish community". (Denton) It is essentially the umbrella concept under which we find parish nursing. Parishes that embrace health ministry are dedicated to incorporating a holistic model of health - that of mind, body, and spirit - into its core structure.

WHAT IS PARISH NURSING?
